You can get one at Swiftys for £12.95 incl. spare spool.

Last time I dealt with them was for one of these for my Grandson...service is pretty hopeless but it did arrive after a couple of weeks.

Or you can buy a Balzer on ebay for about forty quid..it's the same reel!!!
