I have lived in London since mid-1998 (having moved from New York). While I fished as a kid, it was mostly surfcasting for snapper on Hawkes Bay NZ beaches. I didn't take up fly fishing until 2002 when I did a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Now I can only grumble at what I missed given the fishing available within 30 mins of where I grew up!
