Not really an update id like to add but im sat at home with the rugrats, the mrs is at work iv got tangled on the tv keeping the kids busy. Im sat in the kitchen on the laptop checking out the forum and youtube for other peoples adventures. Just been in the fishing cupboard got the gear out as it looked sad sat away.... so im gonna sit here and clean my gear and feel even sadder for myself, I look forward to my next tripno end so untill then ill keep myself busy cleaning my gear and reading about...

Wow my first adventure flying solo,
It was late last night the wife decided I was aloud out to play, so game on 6 am I grabbed my new kit and off I went my pal who is teaching me could not attend as he has other commitments. So it was me flyin solo my 2nd time fly fishing.
Arrivin at the lake its only small so I new I would be ok casting as I'm still in the learning zone.
I set up my gear trying to decide what line what fly!!!! Although I only have a few flies I thought what...

Not much of a blog but, I'm smiling from ear to ear. As some may no I'm new to fly fishing, well I get home after picking up a big box.......
Wow shiny new tackle I now have my own rod reel with 3 different lines a rucksack to wonder along a river with and a nice big bag for days on the bank, even more stuff to some this blog may seem daft but iv got spools of tipets flys towels all sorts of stuff, I can't wait to get out now and enjoy my new gear although I'll look like the kid at school...
