Default Greetings from South Wales
Just wanted to say hello having just joined. In fact totally new to fly fishing. Went out for a day last week with my son for a days tuition on the Severn and now totally hooked!! We had a fantastic day - and even landed some trout and grayling. Don't know why I didn't start doing this years ago!

Anyway having found this forum I thought I would dive in and say hello. Have also discovered the wonderful Jean in Usk and am now a regular in the shop! And free tea and biscuits too. What more can a man want.

And Trek it was at Caersws I had my first day - planning to go back pretty regularly as well when we can

Hi P, you was with AC at caerwsw then? He is a crackin man , i have spoken to him a few times when when i have fished there. he knows how to fish the upper severn, its nice to hear that you enjoyed it. Regards T

Out by myself today for the first time - and I caught a nice trout. Lots of missed ones alas - but I am well chuffed with myself
