Thought i better make my first post by saying a big hello! Im fairly new to fly fishing, though it was the first type of fishing i ever did as a kid living in Scotland. Only ever fly fished once a year when i visit my dad in Tomintoul. Since i moved down to Suffolk many years ago , i have mainly fished the sea and lakes for carp.
I work 3 days a week in a fishing tackle shop that doesn't even have a fly in the place!!! Not alot down this way as fly fishing goes, appart from a local syndicate of 30 acres and hanningfield resevoir, both of which im going to have a go at!
Well i have spent a few weeks before registering , reading my way through the very informative threads , looking forward to asking some silly questions
Off upto my dads for a busmans holiday (work as a builder also) so hoping to get alot of fishing in while im up there
