Default Hello from Hertfordshire, England.

Hi there. Hope all are well. Been fly fishing for about a year now mainly on small rivers around Hertfordshire (River gade, chess, colne) and also mid wales on the wye and irfon! Only tend to fish with dry flies for trout and large chub. Looking forward to some advice and tips!

Hi there.

Do you guys know of any decent stillwaters around hertfordshire and its surrounding counties? I have never fished a stillwater, and would welcome the challenge whilst the trout season is off.

You have Rib Valley, Thornwood and Chigboro that I know of.

Rib is practically on your doorstep

Best wishes
