Default Hi everybody ! I'm another newbie.

Hello everyone. At 34 I've decided to take up fly fishing. I've never fished before so am currently on one hell of a learning curve !

So far I have been fishing twice, both times at Kilnsey Fishery near Grassington. My brother has been taking me and showing me the ropes. First trip I caught 1 trout and the second time I caught 4. There seems to be more to this casting lark than I thought there would be !!!

Anyway, I've read this forum loads and find it jam packed full of good info.

Cheers

Allan

Howdy Allan. Don,t feel too bad as we all had to start from the beginning-some did it young like me-others had to wait a while, but we all continue to learn as trout are good teachers. Just when you think you know all there is to know about trout and fishing for them they prove you really know jack s--t!
