Who whizzed on your English muffin? Maybe he doesn't have a driver's licence or his vehicle was repossessed due to failure of paying his bills on time? You are assuming too much.

Still need a licence to drive a skoda. Apparently it is a vehicle with an Eastern bloc heritage, one step up from an ass. Why presume just because he's Irish he defaults on bills? You presume too much.
