Smile Evenin from the pool, Liverpool

Good evening all,

I joined here to take a look for some fly tying kit and some flies for my missus's birthday to start her off tying her own fles. Ive bought some stuff, missed out on bits and asked stupid questions along the way, but i have been helped by the guys who i have annoyed (Sunkistbob, Chris Saltwater Shack, The Stig, Megaflies, FalseCast and Kernel Gadaffi) so cheers for your help lads... ... sorry for my stupidness!!

I will be looking for a decent cheap rod for myself soon so will prob be putting wanted post up soon, but in the mean time hope you dont mind me asking a question here?

Me n the missus are off camping and tryin a bit of fishing too in North Wales by Bala Lake next week so any one got any recommendations? I do mean of the fishing kind!!!

If this needs pointing elsewhere then give me a poke!!

Cheers
Pete

PS I wont be leavin any sheep on bricks either!!

Well for a start might I suggest you get Ben's handle right it's SunkistBob not Sinkist.................but there again Sinkist could be considered appropriate, given the sexy gear he sells

As for fishing at Bala.................go to Vyrnwy instead.

Ah! Must be the classier type of Scouser - an Evertonian - in that case WELCOME TO THE FORUM !!

Vyrnwy can be v.good in June, if you like boat fishing, have a day. I'd join Bala & District AA and fish for grayling and trout the rest of the week. River is at a good level and will fish. Only £60 for the season. Bala Angling home page
