New to the forum and fly fishing

I would like to say a big hello to everyone on here. My name is Paddy i live in Warrington. After over 20years carp fishing i picked up a fly rod in september and have not looked back and sold most of my carp tackle now.

I have fished some still waters in the North West and wales.I have done Stocks, Lyn Brenig and verious small waters. !!!!
One of my best still waters is Barnsfold Waters. The guys i have met on the bank there have been friendly and very helpfull.

I have now joined Corwen anglers and love fishing the river Dee most sundays weather permitting.

Thanks for reading and i hope i can learn a thing or two off of some of you on here.........

Welcome to the forum Paddy. Sounds like you have been busy with the fly rod. Fly is fun but equally, if you have a course background then it's good to keep some kit for the occasional different day out. I do. Hey, them carps like a fly too .
