New Member saying hello....
Hi all,
You'll see from my join date that I have been lurking for a short while now reading and picking up info, tying patterns, tips and viewing kit for sale & swap.
Have to say the site is a great resource and thought it was time I broke cover.
I'm from Bolton, Lancashire; a 43 yr old married, father of four (two of each), company director in the construction industry. I have been obsessed with fishing of all types since my youth (I have my late grandad to thank for lighting the flame all those years ago), and for the last 8 years into flinging the fluff on lakes and small streams, learning to tie my own flies - a slow learner at the moment on this!
My only problem (as I suspect with many of you also) is finding the time to fish as much as I'd like these days. Did get my bag on Upper Roddlesworth a couple of weeks ago & hoping to go again for an afternoon/evening next week if work allows.
Hope to be joining in a bit more in the future - so see you in there!
