For flights to Galway (nearest airport) Aer Arann operate out of London Southend or Luton. Ryanair out of Luton.

Glad to see somebody else has joined in!

£80 from me

Ryanair fly to Knock, or Dublin is 3 and a half hours drive.

I don't know if Aer Arerann will start again in the summer.

Its 3hrs from Dublin Airport to Galway on the bus (Go-Bus), or about 2hrs to Galway with the new motorway if you drive... (I can offer a pickup from Galway)

Gobus Travel non-stop between Galway, Dublin City & Dublin Airport Over 28 daily services from only ?10

Pretty sure that there is also a fairly regular bus service from Knock Airport to Galway.

Cheers
JJ

Well folks,

Looks like an £80 bid from Dave Willis is the highest bid so far !!

Did i forget to mention that i'll prepare a full Irish breakfast and buy the first round in the bar???

Lets see if we can get someone to bid £100.... All proceeds go to a great charity...

Cheers
JJ

You would think so... I think its a steal at £80... Maybe folks are waiting until closer to the deadline to make a 11th hour bid.

Cheers

Would have jumped at this but distance is a problem.
However its a cracking lot and deserves a bid to match the generosity of the donor
Paul.
