Would SuirAngler be Andrew Ryan perchance?

Having sampled the fishing at Clonanav I can say that it's far from the cheapest fishing in Ireland but it is very good fishing and Clonanav is an oasis.

I fished with Andrew a few times over 20 years ago when he had just started up. Its a nice setup he has there and the fishing is tough but nice. If they could stop the locals killing everything they caught it would be very good. That and stop it raining all the time

The Suir up at Golden looks like the test. Lovely bit of river but again mainly small fish to due to the locals kill anything over 9 inches or so.

Ireland could easily be the fishing meca of Europe if they looked after the trout, seatrout/salmon and bass fishing (like not open it up to commercials like they are proposing now).
