Have you ever wanted to fly fish the American Midwest? We are pleased to offer a unique hosted trip which will have you experience the true fly fishing culture of South West Colorado. This trip will be hosted by Pete Tyjas of the Scott Fly Fishing School (http://scottflyfishing.com/) and will include a tour of the Scott rods factory at Montrose.

The week will involve fishing a mixture of private and public waters, fully guided by Telluride Outside during the prime dry fly month of August. The week will be split into 3 sections; the first days will be spent in Telluride fishing the public water on the San Miguel river, before moving onto Fish Creek Ranch where private water on the Upper Dolores will be fished before finishing on the flat water of the lower Dolores river. Species encountered will include brown, rainbow and snakeriver cutthroat trout in a stunning high dessert countryside.

Includes: 7 nights accommodation, 6 full days guided fishing (4 days private water/ 2 day public water), all ground transfers, meals, tour of Scott Rods Factory.
