Lambley Farm Estate, (near Haltwhistle) Northumberland has offered our members the last three days of this season. October 29, 30 and 31.

Ideal for a party of 4 fishers (partners welcome) sharing the same cottage but all with separate rooms and bathrooms.

Salmon (and sea trout) will be everywhere!

You will stay in their best cottage (Coach House) – 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite and one with private bathroom - for three nights and fish for three days, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The beat (which your group will have all rods on) is double bank and offers 7 excellent and varied pools in lovely private surroundings. The river is medium sized and is easily covered by fly (or spinner). As with most rivers conditions do vary but when it is good it is very good! But floods drop very quickly. Low water is difficult but they can still be caught by the skilful practitioner.

The cost is only £1,000 for 3 nights and 3 days fishing for 4 rods (£250 each) - self catering. (Pubs about 2 miles away for dinner - or cottage has cooking facilities of course). Nearest town is Haltwhistle about 5 miles.
