Salmon fishing on South Tyne at Lambley Estate
Wonderful, private double bank beat for 4 rods. October 23 to Oct 30. (Fish Sun-Fri)
This year (as usual) I booked two cottages and all four rods for friends for the prime last week of October but a couple have had to cancel leaving 2 rods (but more can share) and a two-bedroomed cottage (double and twin) free for the week. Happy to offer this to members at cost: £415 each for self-catering accom (seven nights) and fishing for 6 days (half-week may be available – depending on demand). I’ll almost certainly be there (don’t let this put you off) with Bill Currie. The chances of catching a salmon and sea trout are extremely good depending on favourable water of course, bring golf clubs too! Week very relaxed.
