Hi Rufisherman.Hope you don't mind me asking but how much did the trip set you back.I love Alaska and from what i have read,Kamchatka is very similar and somewhere i have thought about visiting.

I do hope you get the chance to fish Kamchatka its the best there is I have lived in Alaska all my life and making my living flying fishermen,in the Western part of Alaska and I have never seen fishing like you find in Kamchatka Russia.I operate a fly fishing business in Kamchatka and my prices are much less expensive than traveling to Alaska.

Do you have a website? Whats the typical trip cost & what species are there to fish for.

I have fished AK a few times & are going again this year, the fishing there is outstanding (Kanektok river) for all the pacific salmon, trout & grayling, however am always interested in looking at other locations.
