Default Rio Grande February/March 2008.

Dear All,

I have got limited availability for fishing on the Rio Grande and the lakes in late Feb early March 2008, should anyone be interested?

Here's a trip report from this year, just in case you missed it.

http://www.flyforums.co.uk/showthrea...ghlight=grande

Costs:
Fishing Rio Grande + Lakes, 6 days: 6 days fishing, 6 nights lodge accommodation – full board, all inclusive. Includes; fully guided, transfers from Rio Grande town, all food and drink. Also included; hotel accommodation in Buenos Aires and Rio Grande (as required), so that there aren’t any hidden extras to account for. Total cost of the package, per person: £1,900

Flights not included, likely to be around £750.

Please send me a PM or reply here if you're interested.

Best wishes.

TT.

Hants; sorry for putting you in such a predicament, perhaps your baby could be christened on the banks of the Grande? There are no age restrictions for the trip

Bri; really good to meet you the other day, and it was great to see you land the sewin - shame Tigermoth couldn't convert his efforts, but somehow I think he'll be back

We have one group filled up for the trip, however, there are 4 others that can make up a separate group - we just need another two names to fill that group, if anyone's interested? If so, please let me know over the next week or so.

There are also a few interested parties for 2009, if that sits better with some of you? please let me know so that I can keep you posted on the developments.

Best wishes.

TT.

T-T could you put me on the mailing list for 2009. Gives me a bit of time to work on the brownie points

Default cancellation!

Guys, just had some last minute info from the lodge on the Rio Grande. Some last minute trips to make note of, that may be of interest:

March 16 to 23: 6 vacancies
March 23 to 30: 4 vacancies

16-23 is due to a cancellation (not one of mine), and is a TOP week for the river!

Costs:
Fishing Rio Grande + Lakes, 7 days: 7 days fishing, 7 nights lodge accommodation – full board, all inclusive. Includes; fully guided, transfers from Rio Grande town, all food and drink. Also included; hotel accommodation in Buenos Aires (up to 2 nights) and Rio Grande (as required), so that there aren’t any hidden extras to account for. Total cost of the package, per person: £1,999.99

In addition, just had a quick look at the fights, and they haven't gone up that much, surprisingly! Return from London to Buenos Aires is £600.

Let me know asap as the lodge owners have released the dates to me in advance of everyone else, so I would need to act fast to secure them for you.

TT.

p.s. here are a couple of pics of fish taken this January at the lodge - it's looking good for the forthcoming season.
