Default Hanningfield this Saturday?

Our very own Scottish Bruno is travelling down to Sunny Essex this Friday to spend a well fed and well 'watered' weekend with the 'SKB's'

We are going to be out on Hanningfield on the Saturday if anyone fanices 'hooking' up?

You can see the 'Yellow Owl' King at work with his secret stash of killer dries....

Drop me a line and I can see about booking boats with the Lodge.

Kind regards

Ben

Aye, I am sure they will if we tip them with a nice wee wiggling maggot.......

Best of all, Hanningfield is not a 'cess pit' and you sure as heck wouldnt want to turn it into a car park

Give him a good thrashing Scott, show him what these Northerners can do in leafy Essex.

Hi

Fished there today fantastic sport. Those Hanningfield rainbows fight like mad.

Had 8, lost 3 and had numerous pulls.

Weather was very good. Warm, overcast and a very gentle wind.

Fished a sinker with two orange blobs. Had no joy with nymphs.

Hope the weather holds good for you. I think its due to be a tad colder than today though.

Fazzer

You sure he hasnt slipped off to go and harvest a few branches from that 'tree of dreams'??

A real pity that, Old Bean, is it difficult to get a train up close by so we can collect you and chauffer you part of the way??

Fire him when he gets back!

It's fishing well Ben. As Fazzer says, orange anything on an intermediate pulled steadily and hung will catch or, if it is calmer, I know someone who had 42 on nymphs last week

Atlantis, Peninsula and Inlet. Bubble line is off and nothing in Middlemead.

I am at Elinor practising for the Airflo, otherwise I would have joined you.

Have fun.

Charlie

The end of October isn't far away and then I've got to find somewhere else to fish till 1 March.

I believe that Anglian Water have their waters open until the end of November but what then?

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Fazzer
