Default Anything Missing From The List Of Tackle For A First Timer....

OK, I'll most likely pop to Jacklands fishery for my first fly fishing trip as it's local to me & the likelyhood of actually catching is better.

I have the follow gear & wondered if anything is missing (I'm trying to travel as light as possible)

6/7 Airflo Hardwear rod
Shakespeare Oddysey reel with wf7f line
Leader/tippets (sill trying to fathom what I need here)
Flys as per photo (£2 ebay lucky find)
Landing net
Preist
Small tackle bag
Disgorger
Polorised shades

Not to bad to get you started.
Beware once "hooked" at this game you will need a sherpa and a donkey to get all your gear around.

Tight lines mate.

Floatant for your dry flys and sinkant for the tippet.
Go forth and enjoy ,me I have been fly fishing since 1970 and still need more ,but you have most all you need ,but what you want ,rarely satisfied!
