Hi all,

In these days of poor service it was good to have very good service from Airflo/Fishtec when I broke two tip sections,yes two, on my rods. I enquired by e-mail about their £25 replacement warranty receiving a prompt reply. Follow up mails from myself were also answered fast.

To be honest I was not expecting a lot as I could not find the original invoices proving purchase but possibly Airflo were able to find my details in their records. Suffice to say that within 14 days of sending the tips to them, I received two brand new replacement rods.

Well done Airflo/Fishtec and many thanks.

No complaints about Fishtec, excellent delivery times and very helpful on the phone.
My last item was freepost, it arrived the next day.

MMMMMMMMMM??? Do I at best detect a note of scepticism or at worst downright disbelief?? Let me assure you that that I have no connection with Airflo/Fishtec as employee, shareholder, agent etc, but solely as a satisfied customer. My sole intention was to show that despite the myriad of posts from dissatisfied customers on this forum, you can still get good service and this should also be highlighted.

I've phoned them twice in the last two weeks, trying to get spare locking nuts for my dads balance reel and nothing has arrived.

Apparently the items "have been posted"..

Can I add that of the dozen or so orders I've placed with them that I have always had superb service. To the extent that a feeder rod I ordered was out of stock, so they did me the next model up for the same price.
