Default September chalkstream dry flies

Just been told the stretch of Test I am fishing next week is dry fly only. Anyone got any suggestions as to what will fish well there at this time of year?

black gnat, griffiths gnat, daddys, klinks, elk hair caddis, hares ear dry (or similar to imitate pale wateries and spur wings), blue winged olive...

try to take several sizes of each pattern as often size is the key

just check with the owner/keeper that you cannot use upstream nymph, might be slim pickings otherwise

Cheers ickypimp. Apparently no nymphing is allowed, and wading only on one beat. Could be a challenge if its raining! Fortunately its a freebie so at least its cost me nothing (well, I am a Yorkshireman).
