Question ANYONE FISHED BLACK MONK FISHERY???

HI I AM LOOKING TO TAKE MY NEPHEW FLY FISHING FOR THE FIRST AND WANDRED IF ANYONE HAS HEARD/FISHED BLACK MONK FISHERY IN EVESHAM???? LOOKING FOR A SMALL FRIENDLY LAKE FOR HIS FIRST TROUT

As you're asking about Black Monk I presume you're based in the midlands, so you could try Bransford fishery near Worcester. Lovely rural location, friendly atmosphere, and a small C&R pool where you're pretty much gauranteed to catch.

I think Black Monk closed years ago. It was owned by a rather eccentric chap who kept arguing with customers who broke his rules, He had a point, though, and I always got on with him. Maybe his sons have opened it up again.
But a mile or so up the road is The Lenches Home Page. a very friendly place that would suit you well.

HI guys thanks for your adviuce, i actually live in north devon but am up that way with family and taking me nephew out with my bro hopefully for his first trout so after some where small and easy to get him enthused. thanks jon
