do any of you guys and gals ever go into you loft or shed or garage and pull out an old rod..then wonder why you ever stopped using it?


been using my old greyflex mk1 9'6" 7/8 that although isnt that old in terms of years..has still been replaced by 2 more rods by the tackle tart in me

Its been a joy to use again and I look at the other gear and really wonder why I keep on buying new rods! curse my impulsive nature!

I recently pulled out a Diawa 10ft, # 8/9 and two Silstar 9'6", # 8/9 rods I used to flog out lures with at Ladybower - I know why I stopped using them!!!

My favourite weapon now is a 8'6" #4/5
