Yes, It's OK. Not absolutely top stuff, but I use it for most applications when I run out of Riverge.

I can't be getting on with it.To many unexplained breaks, especially at dropper knots.

I have used it without any noticeable problems but I won't be replacing any flurocarbon once I have used my current stock up. I don't think it offers sufficient advantage to justify the extra cost.

I've had no less sucess using Maxima, Drennan Sub Surface green for wets and Co polymer for dries.

Have been using it for the last 4 years simply because its cheap as fluro goes 2 spools for around £13.00. Cant remember being broken on it but its very rough and does tend to twist a lot. It does have that cheap and nasty feels to it though only because i have been using grand max soft plus over the last 2 months

It's broke on me a few times- I would suggest that the Breaking Strain is a bit exaggerated. If you normally fish 5lb, use 8lb in G3

It's good enough stuff, good value, bit too limp for me, go for the 10.5lb for stillwaters.

Grand Max or Orvis Mirage can't be beaten but then again, its double the price.

The Pirate.

Lost a few on this (8lb) leader, including one today which was nowhere near 8lb. I have found that any knots seem to weaken it's strength greatly, even when done carefully, and it has now been assigned to the bin.

I use it because its cheap. Tie your knots carefully, watch out for wind knots and you should be ok.
