Default Good fly box for wet flys?

Whats the best fly box, slit foam or slotted, for keeping wet flys without crushing them. A swing leaf would be good as I want to get one large box for my wet flies instead of the couple I have at the minuter.

Thanks
AL

I have a couple of the scientific anglers boxes and can recommend them, they are a good size, easy to use and float.

I don't know what the best is, too subjective! I looked at nearly all of them and decided on the C&F range. Beautifully made.
I can't remember the model no. of the one I bought but it takes around 550 flies or so, and has a swing leaf.
All my flies now in one box. It's quite big but you soon forget that and it still fits in a side pocket of my Snowbee vest.

If you use barbless or debarbed hooks I would recommend slotted foam, several firms manufacture them I have a CF box which is good.

Because of the way the hooks are held at the bend by the slotted foam they are more secure. I found that barbless hooks tended to come adrift too easily if held by the point in ordinary foam obviously due to the lack of the barb.

The slotted foam holds barbed and barbless equally well.

Its a decent deal! No way would i pay £30 for a plastic, ripple foam fly box, but i am subscribing to TF, so might as well get the freebie too rather than the Leeda reel.
