Hi all, has anyone had any customer service problems with this angling supplier?
I ordered some flies and 3 weeks later only some that I ordered and paid for arrived - not great tie either and have sent quite a few e-mails asking where my other flies were, but nothing.

My say is keep away

Sorry dont usually stick my nose in but cliff is a top seller and a great guy,i have known him for years and cannot say anything bad about the guy.

Always found Cliff more than helpful & goes out of his way to make sure that everyone is happy.
Never had any problems & will keep going back.

Just wanted 2 say that cliff is a great guy and a good friend and he will get things sorted for you im sure.
I popped up the shop today and i found out that cliff was in hospital for a few days because he collapsed in the shop. Bit of a shock 2 me.
