Hi

I've recently moved back to the North East and am very keen to give the Tyne a go but really know very little about it.

Can anyone suggest a good spot thats fishing well for Salmon at the moment? I'm hoping to head up tonight and stick the tent up somewhere for an early start in the morning, it will be my first time Salmon fishing so I want to get a full day in to maximise my chances!
I can pay up to about £40-£50 although cheaper would be good. Any info would be much appreciated.
