Default any fisheries near warwick castle?

im wondering wether there is any day ticket water near warwick castle heading up that way hopefully in a few weeks and am looking for some fishing within the vacinity any help would be great

Hi a quick check with google earth brings up Packington ,Draycote water Draycote reservoir and Lenches trout fisheries

Draycote is closed for the foreseeable and Packington may well be for the summer.

The nearest place is Heathcote, between Warwick and Leamington. It's really a couple of holes in a field but if you want to just chuck a line in, it would do.

All the still water is pretty grim up here this time of year.

In a word, no. Nearest day ticket river fishing would be south to the Cotswolds or west to the Wye and Usk passport beats.
