Hi, I fished in back in June. The south side of the Loch was best, advice from a local was that most of the fish were on 20 yards from the shore. Had a few nice brownies, small, but in great condition. I understand it was stocked a number of years ago with American brook trout.

Flies I used were Kate Mcclaren and Peter Ross.

As Eddie says, fish close to the shore with traditional Scottish patterns. Expect small free rising brownies and hope for a wind to help with the fishing and to keep the midges away!
