Default Siblyback advice

Hi
We're going to be fishing Siblyback (from the shore) for the first time on 22/23 August
(I usually fish at Stithians)
Can anyone give me some pointers for good spots to fish from as I have no knowledge of the reservoir. Will probably fish Sunday evening and then early Mon morning.
Is there a map available other than on the SWW lakes leaflet naming the various points bays banks etc?
I presume flies would be the same as at Stithians. Small and black. Hoppers spiders daddlies Orange lures etc ?
Thanks
Richard

This is an extract from the SWLT Report for July:
Siblyback - although the fishing became more challenging as the month progressed, the rod average for the month was a respectable 3.5 fish per angler. Both boats and bank anglers caught fish, with the boats catching mainly over The Marshes, and bank anglers in Stocky Bay and by the bird hide. Few fish were taken from the surface – sub-surface nymphs proved the most successful (particularly Diawl Bachs and Montanas), with Orange Lures and Boobies taking the deeper fish.
The best fish of the month was a 5lb 13oz rainbow, caught from the bank by D.Cole of Plymouth.
Two Meadows is to the right of the sailing club. Looking from the Centre the Marshes is the corner on the opposite bank on the right. Stocky Bay is top left. Waders are useful at Siblyback.
Good luck
Bill

Thanks for that
Can the the fishing reports be viewed online or are they just on display at Siblyback?
I've gooogled it but can't find anything
Cheers
Richard

You might try the South West Lakes Trust website, they post some catch reports but it seems not Siblyback. There is at least a photo of the lake
