Default refund

ask for your money back under your rights as a consumer, not repaire it, not exchange it, after all, it's under a guarantee!! don't let them fob you off, tell them you're going to get in touch with the fair trading people if you don't get sattisfaction, if they are sending it back to vision then you want a replacement till yours is sorted, either way, if the material is not up to the job then IT IS a manufacturing problem!!. hope you get it sorted soon.

Guide Flyfishing who import Vision.

I have found them to be one of the better firms I deal with.

Ring them direct & see if they have had the jacket back, explain to them the length you have owned it & the little wear its had.

They are 99% of the time excellent.
