Default Pop Up Adverts

Hi Guys

Does anyone else get these anoying Pop Up adverts now every time you look at something on the forum ?

I never had these before but now I get them all the time and they are driving me to despair.

Would someone please tell me how I can stop them.

Many thanks

I use Opera and don't see any adverts, popups or otherwise. There are guys who use Firefox and that stops them too. Try a search on the forum for 'stop adverts' or something along those lines and see if you can find any of the previous threads covering this.

They are a real pain; and those continual flashing ads are Illegal or they should be! Someone will litigate action on one of these advertising companies sooner or later, for " Brain Damage" Epileptic Fits" or a Stroke caused by continual flashing ads on the screen! I will be pleased if someone takes them on and sues them for Millions£££££££

I use Internet Explorer. How can I stop them?

Bruce,

isn't there a block for the use with IE?? I don't want to change my browser! Things always go wrong if I try to change something on the computer! I'm staying with IE, but need to block the ads.

What ads are they? Are they definitely something to do with the site or might something else be amiss with your PC?

Its easy. Download firefox here Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable | Mozilla Europe

It will ask you if you want to make it your default browser click yes and it will also move over your bookmarks.
