the waterproof zip on my sage saggit wading jacket has given up
it was never great to begin with,the teeth dont hold now and pops open all the time.
does anyone have expierience of replacing the like and how do i go about it.And did it work!!
i have contacted sage in the us via e-mail and they dont want to Know.
i live in Edinburgh and thought i could buy a zip online and take it to any tailoring alteration outlet.

Assuming the material that the 'old' zipper is attached to is in good shape any one who does clothing alterations should be able to do same easily. Just drop an extra 'quid' or two and start with a good one.
