Default Shooting head tips.

I'm making up my own shooting heads and have gotten some good pointers regarding set up. I have one question that I can't seem to find the answer to.

I'm cutting DT lines in half and trimming until they load my rod. Do I connect the head by the thick end or the tapered end?

That is quite possibly the most stupid question to be posted. The fact is, nobody I know uses Shooting Heads.

Any other tips you think I might need to know, i'm all ears.

Connect it at the thick end.

Thankyou. Sometimes it's just those simple little things that you just have to ask.

Just read those links. Very useful, thanks. I could've almost guessed that you can attach the head either way. Good to know for sure though.
