hello, just wondering what members thought. got a free airflo ridge line with a rod i bought in june, was putting it on my reel today(i remember someone said to give the line a stretch as you put it on the reel) as i was doing this the last 6 yards snapped the length is 35 yards. would i still be able to use it or shall i bin it. one other thing related to this, the rod i got in june the tip broke second time out it was a 10ft nano rod, the tip was replaced with in days. have to say customer service was first class. any advice much appreciated.

it depends was it the end you attach to the backing if so its still useable infact i wont affect it much at all

Send the line back to AIRFLO they will replace it.
Like you said there aftersales service is very good.
