While this is my first post, could I enquire whether "fishermantim" is infact associated with that web site or knows someone who has contributed to that website?

Could it be that they wish to entice anglers into making remarks that are even more silly than their website?

I wonder why they think female anglers go fishing, or is thinking a little too much for them?

This shows how unprofessional they are, to have all their resources from celebs trying to be 'right on' this is the best they could come up with, an argument one step away from an argument constructed by 5 year olds? They have their view, and they're perfectly entitled to that view, but this is a very poor way of putting it across.

Personally I don't go fishing because I have a small tadger, but it is the reason I go to group therapy.

If they're reading this then please look at the habitat work recorded on here, or the entomology, or for work done by Wild Trout Trust ... or go to a local fishing club and help maintain the river health, monitor the Riverflies to guard against pollution etc etc etc.

Their energy could be focussed into something positive.
