Default Lost fly

Hi,

I dropped a size 20 F-Fly tonight in some very long grass in a field in Oxfordshire, one minute it was between my fingertips, the next it was gone.

If anyone finds it, can I have it back please.

Thanks

I am in Oxrordshire in a few weeks. Ill keep my eye out for it.

Oh while Im on..........

I have a size 14 Adams from around 2005. Has anyone got a spare Hardy seven weight rod and reel they dont want that would match. I havnt any money but it seems such a waste. Oh and no second hand rubbish.

I love finding flies......... Especially beautifully tied ones. Makes me chuckle when i think about someone finding one of the tatty nymphs I've cobbled together.
Seriously though, I do ALL types of fishing and so lose all types of tackle, and nothing upsets me more than losing one of my own flies.
Think I search longer for one of my "special" PTN's than for a shop bought Donegall peter ross!!

I lost a GRHE in a tree on Sunday, pulled the branch down and my fly wasn't there. There was however, somebody's homemade GRHE in the same branch.

Fair enough swap really.

Have you thought about offering a reward.

It may help loosen some tongues.
