Default Loch Arklet

Anyone got up-to-date info on permits for Loch Arklet? Where to get 'em, prices etc. From what I can find online it's run by Trossachs Fishings and it's boat only. However, i've been told the boats no longer exist, there's no such thing as a permit, and don't bother going 'cos the banks are plagued with the Buckie Brigade drownin maggots. Anybody know the score ??
