Aye. Just found out it costs £15 to get into what is essentially a trade fair!

The entry price put me off too, what with two kids and the missus. It is a good day out but I have been a couple of times and not much changes from year to year.

Every year this thread comes along and every year their is unbridled abuse of the event and its betweeded patrons

I always go...its a good mix of boozing with old friends and bargain hunting....and eyeing things I can't afford.

Before anyone claims there are no real bargains anymore...two years ago got a cracking float tube, fins and pump for £85.
