I have started a modest little blog on the fishing at Rutland water, A Fly Fishermans Diary..

Please feel free to log on, or sign up, and have a say (but keep in friendly please)

The idea is to offer help, advice to anyone new to Rutland, or anyone coming from out of the county, as to how it's fishing. It will cover my own modest fishing, that of friends, and people I meet on the banks. As well as other bits and pieces.

I will not give current hotspots, as many friends give me help, and I must honor that. But I have fished Rutland for over 20 years, and maybe could offer something.
