it is a shame that one so young should be reduced to pedalling himself on internet bulletin boards to get the love and affection he so clearly craves..

In Craig's defence, I think it is a shame that many youngsters seem more keen in coarse fishing so it is encouraging that he is more interested in fly fishing.

This should be encouraged.

I do recall how I struggled as a teenager to go deepsea fishing in SA and had to ring around a dozen or so adults on a Friday night to try and beg a ride out deep on the weekend. I made myself a right pain until someone would give in and allow me a spot on a boat.

There was nary another person my age in the whole fishing club!


I do hope that someone will either offer Craig a lift or meet up with him at the fishery.


I can also assure the Forum that a Craig has displayed a marked change in maturity since his last forays on here. Whilst we all know he has a chequered history on here, he has still done his time and is back again and trying to learn and get back into fly fishing and is something to be encouraged.
