Default fishing line problem

i tend to find my floating line tends no to stay straight when lyin on the water in tends to bunch up if you get me ,just wondering any ideas to stop it?

Hi, give the line a really good stretch before fishing, should take most of the memory out of the line, nothing wrong with a little bit of line memory as it aids bite detection, ck.

Change your brand of cigarettes ( as it were ) ! And use a wider diameter reeel !

Could be any of the following:-
If you are drift boat fishing, you might be drifting towards the cast. The solution is to retrieve the slack line.
Line memory, give the line a good streach as said in a previous post.
A larger arbour reel might help a bit.
It might simply be a poor quality line. The solution would be to chuck it away and get yourself a decent line.
Could also be a casting problem, where you are struggling to cast the line straight.

Go for a decent line like one of these.

well im using a greys line no problem casting ,il give it a stretch cheeers
