Other the year I’ve had a couple of pairs of Aldi waders and they seen to last better than the Shakespeare pair I used to have.
In fact the pair I bought last year is in a very good condition, and I’ll get another year for sure out of them.
They have a very good cut on the top of the thighs unlike lots of more expensive makes which can be very tight. (I have rugby player legs!!)
The only problem is that they seem to sell very fast.
This time I bought a couple of the nets so I could take one of them apart and use the net to replace my old one on the Seat Trout ‘D’ net. The good thing about these nets is that they have a flat bottom and are good for supporting any fish when catching and releasing.
For £6.99 it was cheaper that getting hold of a separate net which tend to be sold as a conical shape giving very little support to fish.
The second net I will use for boat fishing as it has a very long handle, so I can net fish further away from the boat.
