Default Cheap fly rods

I see in this months T&S an advert claiming fly rods starting at £10!
Fossilfly "Montana" Fly Rods - Dragon Carp Direct
So the questions I have to ask are?
Are they good or adequate based on the price?
Would they be satisfactory for a beginner?
With a Sage or Loomis being 50-60 times more expensive what are the marginal benefits and are they worth it? (probably starts a thread again on good/cheap rods!)
How can these rods be sold profitably?

Think there's already a thread on this. They are made from carrots.

My mate has just bought 2 and let me try the 10' 7# on grass
We put a Michael Evens arrowhead on for this!
Rod is very whippy and heavy! like going back 20 years to glass and not one you would want to use all day.
Once I got used to the action it did put the full line out though.
I then started to play around with roll and spey casting and to be honest this is where it came into its own, very good indeed.
My opinion for every day fishing there to heavy.
