If any of you get the chance to spend a day with Philip of flyfishwithme, I can heartily recommend it. I was the lucky winner of the auction for his generous offer of a days guiding for the benefit of the River Monnow.

The day out on the river Wharfe spider fishing was a revelation to a normally singly fly man such as myself. Although my casting leaves alot to be desired his patience and enthusiasm appeared not waiver.

I learnt a great deal in good company and beautiful scenery, and would like to publicly thank him for giving up his time in aid of a good cause.
