Default Let’s try again – does anyone want my game/fly fishing magazine collection?

I’ve a vast collection of Trout Fisherman and Trout and Salmon magazines, built up between around 1974 and 2000, that have taken up loft space for far too long. I’m happy to give them away to anyone who’s willing to pick them up from my home in north Lancashire. Please don’t ask if I’ve complete sets for this-or-that year. I don’t know, but most years will be complete. Should anyone want to offer me something in exchange, that would be nice, too.

Looked at one way, they represent the lived history of game/fly fishing over a significant period of the evolution of the sport. Any takers?

I tried it on here a year or more ago. The bulk and weight of the things is the problem. Sadly no museum of fishing exists, where they could usefully go. I think it's true to say that lots of folk kept all the magazines they ever bought, so there's no real scarcity value.
