Bison or Shakespeare electric outboard ?

Looking for a motor and trying to keep the cost down so I've narrowed it down to these two ....

SHAKESPEARE SKP ELECTRIC OUTBOARD MOTOR 34 FT LB on eBay (end time 13-Jun-10 14:09:50 BST)

BISON 40ft/lb ELECTRIC OUTBOARD TROLLING MOTOR on eBay (end time 17-Jun-10 19:50:30 BST)

Quite like the idea of the power meter on the Bison.
Any recommendations and views on performance please.
