Good Morning, forum members

I am new in this area and I have found a very nice spot to fish in Albania, but the problem is I have no idea how to start.

The River I have chosen is:

I would love to know like: what equipment I might need for this type of river, what baits should be the best, how can I know if a particular fly brings me the wanted fish (trout)? or that is not possible it is just luck.

If it is raining are my chances bigger/smaller to catch something since it might rain this month… its good to know.

Is there any technique to be more stable in the runny water…. If so how?



Please advice me in any other points that I missed it would be great to finally do some fly fishing asap.

I know that through practice I will get better but lets see……

Dude i think most of us in this forum will not have a clue about this river (I might be wrong).
What you want to do is speak to local anglers in that area and if you have the cash organise a guide for the day and they should point you in the right direction.
