Does anyone know of a book or web site that gives illustrated information on different trout leader set ups, droppers, furled leaders etc.

A Flyfishers Life by Charles Ritz has some great information on leaders. Lots of formulas on leader types for different conditions. It is an old book and does not cover furled leaders and the like, but is well worth seeking out. The information on leaders and the proportions with which to build them from the various diameter nylon needed for perfect turnover, is in my opinion unsurpassed.
